Shipping Instructions

We are able to fulfill projects for individuals and businesses all across the country and we make it easy to do so by accepting items through the mail. Whether your project is big or small you can ship it to us and we’ll ship it back upon completion. 

Shipping firearms

Jeff’s Cerakote has a Federal Firearms License (FFL) so we will be able to accept firearms from anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. No FFL is needed on your end as long as you are the owner of the firearm or there are only non-firearm items in the package as described by the ATF.  Please note, it is your responsibility to comply with all federal and state firearm laws and shipping company policies.

Follow the shipping instructions below:

  • Before you ship your item(s), please download the job form. You’ll need to print and completely fill out the form.
  • Include the completed job form AND a copy of your photo ID or FFL in the package you are sending. We will contact you when we receive your shipment to go over the project details.

Additional Important Information…

  • Return Shipping – We are required to ship the completed project back to either the address listed on your ID (this should be the same address you list on the “from” section of your shipping label) or an FFL holder.
  • Shipping Costs – You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Shipping Insurance – Any shipping insurance must be requested and paid for by the customer.
  • Shipping Carrier – While a specific mail carrier is not required, we recommend the United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • Payment – Upon completion of the project, we will call you to take credit card information over the phone. If you prefer to pay by check, you must include the check and a prepaid shipping label in your package.
